Job summary

Flowco Holdings Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager, Field Service to educate employees and managers through targeted training, including new employee orientation and topic-specific sessions.

The role involves incident investigations, managing injuries, and supporting EHSS initiatives across field locations. The position requires strong communication skills, multi-site experience preferred, and the ability to stay current with regulatory guidance while coordinating with the Director of EHS and shop

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to develop policies and procedures and deliver high-level training.
• Prefer multi-site location experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate employees and managers through one-on-one and group training.
• Assist in incident investigations across assigned area and implement preventative actions.
• Manage employee injuries to minimize workplace impact.
• Support EHSS committee discussions and issue resolutions.
• Provide field-related EHSS data for customer audits upon request.
• Maintain accuracy of the online SDS program across field service locations.
• Assist with Drug and Alcohol program under EHS supervision.
• Prepare monthly leading indicators and reports; stay current with EHS practices.
• Participate in scheduled EHSS conference calls and meetings.
• Remain responsive to emergencies and injuries as they arise.
