Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Field Services Operations (FSO) EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with EHS policies, programs, and procedures across sites. You will drive annual training, audits, and continuous safety improvements, ensuring everyone follows safe working practices.

The role requires strong communication, leadership in investigations, and ability to manage EHS documentation and reporting in the Intelex system. Travel and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Wind industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders and heights.
• Must move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel nationally with short notice.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and hazards to create a safe workplace and job sites.
• Facilitate Invenergy standards and procedures at sites.
• Lead required compliance activities and EHS programs.
• Lead investigations for incidents and near misses with documentation.
• Perform OSHA compliance inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Complete EHS reports and maintain records.
• Deliver training on EHS policies and programs as needed.
• Utilize the Intelex EHS management system for FSO activities.
