Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston seeks an EHS Coordinator to support the EHS Manager in administering the EHS program on the floor.

You will be the primary interface with floor personnel and help ensure EHS goals are clearly communicated and implemented. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of OSHA 511 Training or equivalent.
Ability to attend more specialized trainings as recommended by EHS Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate EHS program across TAS facilities in the Houston area and interface with floor personnel.
Conduct daily shop walk-throughs to identify hazards and track corrective actions.
Promote hazard identification and mitigation through behavior-based safety programs and observation cards.
Develop and review JSAs; stay current with regulations and apply changes to the EHS program.
Perform periodic EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits; recommend corrective actions.
Investigate work-related accidents, incidents, and near misses; implement preventive measures.
Assist in incident management, safety meetings, and EHS report preparation.
