Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the EHS Manager by administering the EHS program at the floor level and serving as the primary interface with floor personnel to communicate goals and safety objectives.

You will collaborate with production leadership across shifts, conduct daily shop walkthroughs, develop JSAs, stay current on regulations, perform risk assessments and incident investigations, and assist in training and safety meetings to improve overall EHS performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of OSHA 511 Training or equivalent.
• Possess or be able to attend more specialized training as recommended by EHS Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple TAS facilities within the Houston area and address site-specific needs.
• Conduct daily shop walkthroughs and promote proactive hazard identification and mitigation.
• Develop effective JSAs with Supervisors/Leads and stay current on applicable laws and standards.
• Perform periodic EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits with corrective actions.
• Investigate work-related incidents and ensure timely preventive measures are implemented.
• Assist in incident management, safety meetings, and EHS report preparation.
