Job summary

Avon Technologies plc in Cleveland, OH, seeks an EHS & Facility Security Manager (FSO) to lead site Environmental, Health, Safety and Physical Security programs. The role reports to site leadership and oversees access control, surveillance, emergency preparedness, and security audits to ensure regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

The position requires 7–10+ years in EHS and security leadership, with DoD/CMMC considerations and cross-functional collaboration across Operations,

Qualifications

7-10+ years of EHS, Security Management, Facilities, or Manufacturing Leadership experience.
Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance programs.
Experience leading teams and developing employees.

Responsibilities

Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the facility and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee security operations including access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state and local requirements and customer security standards.
Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
