Job summary

Avon Protection is seeking an experienced EHS & Facility Security Manager (FSO) for the Cleveland, OH campus. You will lead EHS programs, serve as the Facility Security Officer, and ensure regulatory and customer security compliance across the site.

The role requires 7–10+ years in EHS, security management, and manufacturing leadership, with strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and DoD/CMMC standards as applicable. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
• 7-10+ years of EHS, Security Management, Facilities, or Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance programs and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the Cleveland facility.
• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) overseeing access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and government security requirements and customer standards.
• Drive safety culture, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Facilities and HR to mitigate risk and improve processes.
