Job summary

Solventum Americas seeks an experienced Americas Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management across North, Central, and South America, partnering with site leaders, EHS, and external service providers to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

You will drive preventive maintenance, oversee budgets, and leverage CMMS/IWMS for asset reliability while coaching regional teams and ensuring governance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 10+ years of facilities-related experience.
• 14 years of direct function related experience with HS diploma.
• 8+ years in real estate transactions and facilities management.
• 10+ years managing multi-country Americas portfolios.
• 10+ years in negotiating, contracting and financial analysis.
• 10+ years managing outsourced service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFM operations across Americas sites.
• Manage hard and soft facilities services incl. HVAC, electrical, maintenance, janitorial, and more.
• Oversee third-party providers to contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive preventive maintenance and asset reliability using CMMS/IWMS.
• Maintain budget ownership and reporting across regions.
• Ensure regulatory, EHS, security, quality standards compliance.
• Support capital planning, upgrades, and project execution.
• Develop operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead regional facilities team development and governance.
