Job summary
Stäubli is seeking an EHS/ESG Senior Specialist to drive environmental and health & safety compliance across sites. You will maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, lead risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with leadership to advance sustainability and regulatory adherence.
The role involves collaboration with corporate and site stakeholders, training, audits, and data analytics, with travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, related field preferred
- Experience in maintaining ISO 14001/45001 demonstrated
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, local safety/environmental regs
- Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH guidelines
- Lead and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for multiple sites
- Collaborate with leadership to implement EHS/ ESG policies
- Lead accident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Apply risk-based thinking to improve EHS/ ESG programs
- Promote safety and sustainability culture and training
- Conduct internal and external audits for compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve EHS/ ESG performance
