Job summary

Stäubli is seeking an EHS/ESG Senior Specialist to implement and maintain policies ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal EHS/ ESG regulations. The role focuses on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 stewardship across Duncan, SC and Windsor, CA sites, driving safety culture and sustainability alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS and ESG experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining or implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Multi-site manufacturing support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH and other agencies.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for Stäubli Duncan and Windsor sites.
• Collaborate with Quality and leaders to implement EHS/ ESG policies and procedures.
• Lead accident/incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Apply risk-based thinking to improve EHS/ ESG programs.
• Promote safety and environmental programs and train staff as needed.
• Monitor exposure to hazards and drive corrective actions.
