Job summary

Bodycote plc is seeking a Senior Divisional EHS Lead to coordinate Environmental, Health, and Safety across the division. You will drive consistent EHS practices, support ISO 14001/45001, and lead carbon reduction initiatives while partnering with site and regional teams.

The role requires travel to multiple sites across Europe and North America, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record in continuous improvement within industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of EHS regulations and management systems such as ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience in global matrix organizations with multi-site responsibility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of industry-leading EHS practices across all division sites.
• Report EHS performance to divisional leadership regularly.
• Coach and mentor site EHS professionals to drive ownership and accountability.
• Drive safety culture and continuous improvement across the division.
• Support ISO 14001/45001 certification efforts and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Travel extensively (up to 50%) to support sites in Europe and North America.
