Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an EH&S Specialist to develop and manage the Safety and Health Management System with emphasis on ISO 45001 and OSHA compliance across all sites.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, HR and Leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment; travel up to 50% to company sites for audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead governance, risk assessments, incident management, and drive safety culture while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 3–7 years in Safety, EHS, or Compliance Engineering, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on ISO45001 implementation and auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to company sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety governance, regulatory compliance activities, risk assessments, and incident management.
• Responsible for ISO 45001 certification and audit activities.
• Manage OSHA compliance, conduct site assessments, job hazard evaluations, and record administration, and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Support safe equipment and process design.
• Investigate near misses, track and report safety performance metrics.
• Develop and deliver safety training.
• Partner cross-functionally to integrate safety into daily operations and improvement initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to maintaining and improving the business management system.
