Job summary

Stäubli Corporation in Duncan, SC is seeking an EHS/ESG Senior Specialist to lead regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and sustainability initiatives across our Duncan and Windsor sites. You will drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, collaborate with site leadership, and implement policies that uphold safety, environment, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing audits, incident investigations, training, data analytics, and continuous improvement of EHS/ESG performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS and ESG experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience maintaining or implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Multi‑site manufacturing support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in interpreting, applying and documenting federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational, listening and communication skills including ability to write comprehensive technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and NIOSH and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, support, deploy and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for Stäubli Duncan
• Lead, support, and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for Stäubli Windsor
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure IMS compliance
• Collaborate with leaders to complete job hazard assessments and implement EHS/ ESG policies and procedures
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Apply risk-based thinking to improve EHS/ ESG programs
• Lead and sponsor site safety and environmental programs and ESG committees
• Promote employee engagement in Safety and Sustainability culture
• Monitor exposure to hazards and advise actions when policies are not followed
• Coordinate training with Training and Development
• Participate in internal and external audits for compliance
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve EHS and ESG performance
• Routinely inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment
• Ensure integration of safety, EHS and sustainability into new processes and changes
• Use data analytics to identify trends and measure improvements
• Align with Stäubli corporate ESG/EHS priorities
