The successful candidate will drive injury prevention, IH activities, and regulatory compliance while enabling growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in environmental, health, or safety roles and is legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional EHS experience.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Access to export-controlled items; lawful access required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fatality and serious injury prevention initiatives and coach site leadership.
• Analyze injury data and support focused reduction efforts with line management.
• Support IH program including sampling plans, data management, and exposure records.
• Contribute to root cause analysis during injury/incident investigations.
• Assist with environmental permits and regulatory compliance management.
• Monitor emissions, waste, and energy metrics; report findings.
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures; policy governance.
• Coach department leaders on EHS accountabilities; align with site objectives.
• Collaborate with site leadership to meet EHS targets; support ongoing initiatives.
• Lead or assist other EHS duties as needed.
