Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring an EHS Engineer at our Fargo, ND location to ensure environmental commitments and a safe workplace across production. You’ll influence compliance, reporting, and continuous improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS to address regulatory requirements, manage air quality and permitting, and lead initiatives that strengthen environmental performance at the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Ability to interpret regulations and report findings.
• Experience applying engineering principles to environmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Support permitting activities and regulatory compliance for the facility.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data for submissions and reporting.
• Drive environmental improvement initiatives across operations and maintenance.
• Oversee waste management, chemical handling, and spill prevention programs.
• Manage audits, inspections, and emergency response readiness.
