Job summary

Marvin Composites, a Marvin family-owned leader, is hiring an EHS Engineer at the Fargo, ND facility. You will apply engineering principles to ensure environmental compliance, manage reporting, and drive safety and sustainability improvements across operations.

The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams, supporting permits, audits, and emergency management to protect people and the environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with internal and external partners.
• HAZWOPER, RCRA/DOT, OSHA certifications and annual refreshers.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance efforts by supporting permitting activities and interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Manage environmental reporting by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data for regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Drive environmental improvement initiatives by identifying risks, evaluating solutions, and implementing process changes across the facility.
• Partner with teams across operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS to solve problems and support projects.
