You will diagnose performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, and quantify impact while collaborating with production staff to turn ideas into practical solutions.

The role emphasizes leading projects across teams, driving change, and ensuring long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with others.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or prints.
• Demonstrated experience using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, adjust approach, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead improvement projects that reduce waste and help teams work more efficiently.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across the organization while improving process performance.
• Leverage data to understand current performance, identify root causes, and quantify business impact.
• Participate in CI boards and help turn team ideas into actionable improvements.
• Create and maintain clear, easy-to-follow documentation and help establish best practices that can be repeated and sustained.
• Lead teams in testing changes, measuring results, and ensuring improvements are maintained over time.
