Job summary

Marvin Composites is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead maintenance and engineering projects at the Fargo, ND facility. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

The role focuses on planning through completion, working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to deliver results that support Marvin’s standards and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading industrial maintenance or facilities projects.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, on time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and move projects forward.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation while communicating progress, risks, and milestones.
