Job summary

Marvin Composites, a Fargo, ND-based fiberglass components manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in delivering measurable safety, quality, output, and cost improvements across the plant.

The role requires diagnosing performance with data, identifying root causes, and driving scalable improvements. You will work closely with production staff to turn ideas into practical solutions and sustain gains over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead improvement projects that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve process performance.
• Use data to diagnose performance gaps and quantify impact.
• Lead testing, measurement, and sustaining improvements.
