Job summary

Marvin is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support site safety and environmental programs at the West Fargo distribution center. You will develop and maintain safety procedures, ensure OSHA compliance, support VPP certifications, and train associates on safety practices.

You will collaborate with EHS leadership, participate in incident investigations, and handle data for environmental reporting while coordinating with regulatory agencies to maintain cost-effective safety programs.

Qualifications

• Environmental and safety courses/education/certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in environmental compliance role preferred.
• The following courses/certifications/trainings are strongly preferred: OSHA 30-hour, HAZWOPERT, forklift trainer, First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne pathogens trainer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance and VPP certification.
• Investigate incidents and provide feedback for improvement.
• Prepare OSHA annual report data and support safety audits.
• Coordinate site safety committee meetings and audits.
• Assist in New Employee Orientation and safety training.
• Travel up to 10% of the year.
