Job summary

BW Fusion is seeking an EHS Coordinator to lead safety, health, and environmental compliance across three sites. The role bridges industrial safety at manufacturing facilities and biosafety protocols in a microbiology lab.

You will drive regulatory adherence, safety training, and incident investigations while coordinating with site leaders. Hybrid onsite options and multi-location responsibilities define this position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years EHS experience in manufacturing or lab setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and EPA waste standards.
• Willingness to travel between facilities regularly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety at three locations (Indiana, Iowa, Florida).
• Onsite in Logansport, IN or Fort Wayne, IN with hybrid options.
• Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and SOPs.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for all employees.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Manage OSHA 300 logs and workers' compensation coordination.
• Develop and implement SOPs for chemicals, equipment safety.
• Coordinate LOTO and machine guarding programs.
• Oversee biosafety protocols in the microbiology lab.
