Job summary

BW Fusion is seeking an EHS Coordinator to champion safety, health, and environmental compliance across three locations in Indiana, Florida, and Iowa. The role blends industrial safety at manufacturing sites with biosafety in an agricultural microbiology lab, and is based in Logansport or Fort Wayne with hybrid options.

You will lead regulatory efforts (OSHA/EPA), develop SOPs, and drive training, audits, and incident investigations to strengthen our safety culture while supporting ongoing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of dedicated EHS experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or a biological/chemical lab preferred.
• Travel regularly between three core facilities to maintain oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS across 3 locations and support multi-site operations.
• Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and SOPs across facilities.
• Design, schedule, and facilitate safety training and culture initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage lab biosafety, waste, CHP, and regulatory records.
