Job summary

Standex International is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environment, health, and safety programs in a non-union electronics manufacturing environment.

You will promote a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention by partnering with colleagues on hazards, training, inspections, and incident investigations to keep workplaces safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or related field.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Support OSHA compliance and safety policies across facilities.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 records and assist inspections.
• Conduct JHAs and risk assessments for operations.
• Deliver safety training and lead toolbox talks.
• Perform routine safety inspections and audits.
