Kapco Metal Stamping is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer to lead EHS programs across manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations, conduct inspections and risk assessments, investigate incidents, manage OSHA records, and maintain emergency plans.

The role emphasizes environmental compliance, waste reduction, and collaboration with operations to improve safety and sustainability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational safety, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution settings.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EHS programs across manufacturing, paint, warehouse, and distribution facilities.
• Monitor and support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other requirements.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and recommend controls.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses; determine root causes and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and related documentation.
• Maintain and improve emergency response and evacuation plans.
