Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support the EHS Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. You will partner with employees and leaders to identify risks, reduce exposures, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role blends regulatory compliance with proactive safety culture, risk management, and organizational learning to achieve operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of relevant experience in EHS or safety roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MDNR, and DOT regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and workplace observations to identify risks and verify control effectiveness.
• Maintain EHS recordkeeping and reporting, including site safety management systems.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs (new hire orientation, refresher trainings).
• Collaborate across site functions to implement programs, projects, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with post-accident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical inventories.
• Support safety committees and emergency response teams.
• Coach supervisors on hazard recognition, risk management, and safe work practices.
