Job summary

LGC Limited in Minnesota is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to shape and coordinate Environmental Health and Safety programs across laboratories, research spaces, and manufacturing areas, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.

You will support daily safety needs, lead safety inspections and corrective actions, participate in monthly safety meetings, manage documentation, and partner with site leadership to implement EH&S practices while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least two years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical safety and general safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EH&S programs with the EHS Director and staff.
• Lead safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead Job Hazard Analysis and EH&S documentation processes.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and spill response tasks.
• Maintain EH&S records and inventory; ensure regulatory compliance.
