Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma at a minimum.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Passion and drive for Health & Safety.
• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish speaking.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Capacity to work overtime as needed.
• Use PC and related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Training & Compliance: Assist with site-wide safety training programs and onboarding.
• Incident Management & Investigation: Support investigations; track corrective actions.
• Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Assist with risk assessments and control measures.
• EHS Inspections: Perform routine facility and equipment inspections.
• Procedure Development: Assist with LOTO procedures and SOPs.
• Reporting & Data Tracking: Compile safety metrics and maintain OSHA records.
• Emergency Response & First Aid: Assist with emergency duties and first aid.
• Safety Committee Leadership: Support guidance to foster safety culture.
• EHS Culture & Environment: Promote safe, clean work environment.
