Job summary

This role partners with plant leaders to foster continuous improvement and a zero-harm culture. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, a strong grasp of OSHA regulations, and the ability to lead training and risk-reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in safety, environment, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in EHS in manufacturing/industrial settings required.
• Experience administering EHS programs, audits, investigations, training, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS KPIs, compliance programs, and data reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and deliver safety training and risk reduction initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Coach staff on EHS practices and behavioral safety.
