Job summary

Channell Commercial Corporation is seeking an EHS Coordinator to partner with site Operations leaders to drive EHS ownership and accountability. This entry-level role focuses on learning regulations, performing root cause analysis, and supporting a culture of safety in a manufacturing environment.

You will assist with training, incident investigations, risk assessments, inspections, and SOP development, while maintaining OSHA records and supporting emergency response activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma at a minimum; associate degree preferred.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overtime flexibility as needed.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site-wide safety training and onboarding.
• Support investigations for injuries and near-misses; analyze root causes.
• Assist with risk assessments of facility operations and equipment.
• Perform routine EHS inspections and document findings.
• Help develop Lockout/Tagout procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain OSHA and company safety records.
• Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team.
