Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for EHS teams: filing, reports, and databases
• Communicate with internal/external teams for information updates
• Responsible for all state and federal reporting requirements
• Maintain EHS regulatory information management systems
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participate in inspections and audits to identify hazards
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents; file reports
• Maintain EHS records: permits, safety reports, audits
• Collect and analyze data related to EHS performance metrics
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs of the facility
• Data entry and KPI interpretation for facility processes
• Regular attendance; overtime may be required
• Adhere to company safety requirements
• Assume other duties as requested
