• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years of related work experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in distribution operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software (Manhattan WMS) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, cost-control and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 50 associates.
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiency in order flow, receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions.
• Monitor labor productivity and KPIs; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Communicate with senior management and support lateral moves within the distribution network.
