Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a proactive EHS Coordinator to support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs at our facility. You will coordinate daily HSE activities and help develop policies and programs.

The role requires 3+ years in an HSE or related field in manufacturing, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, and experience with incident investigations and corrective actions. Strong record-keeping and training coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of HSE/EHS/safety experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Familiarity with hazard assessments, incident investigation, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily Health, Safety, and Environmental activities throughout the facility
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits, and hazard assessments
• Identify potential workplace hazards and work with department leaders to implement corrective actions
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries and assist with root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, training, corrective actions, and other HSE activities
• Coordinate employee safety training, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, hazard communication, emergency response, and other required topics
• Assist with OSHA compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support environmental compliance activities, including waste management, chemical handling, and environmental documentation
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure proper labeling and storage of hazardous materials
• Monitor and promote proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures
