Job summary

Omni One is seeking an EHS Coordinator in the Muncie, IN area to help ensure safety across chemical, electrical, and mechanical operations. The role emphasizes audits, hazardous waste oversight, and OSHA compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Focusing on and ensuring plant chemical, electrical, and mechanical safety
• Completing environmental and safety audits
• Overseeing hazardous waste
• Completing accident investigations
• Meeting OSHA guidelines
• Training employees
• Maintaining ISO14000 and DOT regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Will accept entry level candidates with no experience and an AS or BS degree in a related field
