Job summary

Variant Partners is seeking an EHS Coordinator for our client in Rochester Hills. The role focuses on maintaining and improving EHS standards and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational rules.

Responsibilities include environmental system updates, safety analysis coordination, audits, and supporting maintenance and EHS quotation processes. A Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years in automotive EHS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in EHS/safety.
• Experience in the Automotive sector – OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2.

Responsibilities

• Implement activities and initiatives to keep the environmental system up to date.
• Coordinate safety conditions analysis and action plans.
• Participate in safety audits, revisions, and follow-ups.
• Support quotation processes for Building maintenance & EHS areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
