The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong OSHA knowledge and incident-investigation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related safety/environmental field.
• 3+ years in HSE, safety or environmental role in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily Health, Safety, and Environmental activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and programs.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify hazards and work with leaders on corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries; assist root cause analysis.
• Maintain records of incidents, inspections, training, and actions.
• Coordinate employee safety training including PPE, LOTO, hazard communication, emergency response.
• Assist with OSHA compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Support environmental compliance including waste management and chemical handling.
• Maintain SDS and proper labeling/storage of hazardous materials.
• Promote proper PPE use and adherence to safety procedures.
