Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is expanding its EHS consulting practice and seeks an experienced Director to own and deliver a portfolio of four to six engagements. You will scope, staff, plan, and manage budgets and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while guiding a team of 3–5 consultants.

You will translate complex findings into actionable business insights for senior leaders, lead client reviews, and drive next-phase opportunities with sales. Expect travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of progressive EHS consulting or professional services delivery experience.
• 5+ years owning engagements end to end with sign-off accountability.
• Life sciences or advanced manufacturing EHS experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership with 3+ direct reports or engagement teams of three to five.

Responsibilities

• Engagement ownership across a portfolio of 4–6 concurrent engagements.
• Sign off on all deliverables and proposals within a two-to-four-day turnaround.
• Lead the client's day-to-day ownership and coordinate the embedded team.
• Frame the problem and translate technical findings for senior leaders.
• Structure programs across sites with one playbook and consistent staff.
• Help build and teach delivery methods and standards the practice runs on.
• Partner with sales to scope and pursue the next phase of work.
