Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead the EHS construction program across data center projects. You will coordinate with data centers, contractors and internal teams to plan requirements, schedules and risk mitigation, ensuring timely delivery and safety compliance.

You will design, deploy and track EHS initiatives, engage multiple stakeholders and report metrics to improve performance and scale operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in construction with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in safety metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
• Ensure contractors deliver on Program safety performance expectations and agreement requirements.
• Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people and the environment and ensure compliance.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
• Collaborate with the Construction EHS team to implement best practices and analyze risks.
