Job summary

Google is seeking an Area Program Manager for Environmental, Health and Safety Construction to lead cross-functional, multi-site projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks and stakeholder communication across offices and partners globally.

You will support the EHS construction program with cross-functional teams, working with Google Data Center partners, general contractors, and trades to improve EHS performance and compliance, and to implement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working in construction with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience in safety metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
Ensure that contractors deliver on Program safety performance expectations and agreement requirements providing timely solutions to issues.
Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.
Drive a culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.
