Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in EHS or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in an EHS role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and leading targets/objectives.
• Ability to facilitate training using PowerPoint or other formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with management, office staff, and shop floor.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training employees on EH&S programs and develop training content.
• Conduct training assessments to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Coordinate training records, compliance documentation, and EH&S/PSM records.
• Support implementation of EHS/PSM policies and programs.
• Develop and update SOPs and JSAs to reflect current practices.
• Build/review SOPs and Job Hazard Analyses and ISO documents.
• Support incident investigations and audits; assist in corrective actions.
• Ensure facility stays compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
