Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to work with the site team on implementing and maintaining safety programs and compliance plans.

You will help investigate incidents and ensure proper records, training, and regulatory reporting are in place. The role involves coordinating trainings, performing safety observations, and keeping up with evolving safety regulations to minimize risk and ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in site services and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to be on call or work off hours as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage safety programs, compliance plans and initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and property damage.
• Maintain records for air, stormwater, surface water and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate safety trainings to support company programs.
• Conduct routine safety observations for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, AQMD and fire code compliance.
