Job summary

Experitec is seeking a highly organized Safety Coordinator to support a growing safety function—maintaining training, compliance, and documentation with precision. You will be the system owner for records, audits, and reports, partnering with the Field Safety Manager to keep field execution aligned.

Key duties include administering ISNetworld/Avetta/Veriforce, maintaining OSHA logs, coordinating training, drug testing, and updating safety policies and the SDS library.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in safety coordination, compliance, regulatory, quality, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees, vendors, customers, and leadership.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Work schedule includes in-office days and remote work expectations.

Responsibilities

• Administer third‑party contractor compliance platforms to keep qualifications current.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A/301) and track safety metrics such as TRIR and EMR used in customer prequalification.
• Coordinate and track all safety training company‑wide — assigning training, monitoring completion, and following up before requirements lapse.
• Coordinate drug testing and background screening, including administering testing platforms and managing customer‑required programs.
• Maintain safety policies, the SDS library, and emergency preparedness documentation so information is current and accessible.
• Monitor fleet management system — location, speed, and camera‑based event data — on a set cadence, track trends and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Administer the Safety Committee and support office/site walkthrough tracking, in partnership with the Safety Committee and employee owners.
• Maintain incident and accident logs and track corrective actions through to closure.
• Compile and communicate safety metrics and compliance updates to leadership on a regular cadence.
