This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, incident investigations, and the development of core safety programs, working with a Safety Coordinator to ensure practical, compliant safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading safety programs.
• Three+ years audits, inspections, and JHAs.
• Three+ years incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible safety leader on job sites, engaging crews daily.
• Lead field walkdowns, toolbox talks, and JHAs to prevent incidents.
• Own incident response and root-cause investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Enforce PPE and Stop Work Authority; halt unsafe work.
• Develop and maintain safety infrastructure, including risk management and equipment programs.
• Coordinate with customer safety requirements and meetings.
