As Experitec builds out a dedicated EHS function, the Safety Coordinator will own the administrative and tracking support (utilizing compliance platforms, training and certification records, drug testing coordination, and reporting) while working closely with the Field Safety Manager, who owns execution and outcomes in the field.
At Experitec, you won’t just be maintaining infrastructure — you’ll be an Employee Owner helping power a 100-year-old company’s next chapter. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) means you have a direct financial stake in the programs you advance. When Experitec wins, you win.

Be the organizational support engine behind a growing safety function.
Own the systems and records that keep Experitec audit-ready and qualified to work for our customers.
Partner closely with a Field Safety Manager who owns field execution, so you can stay focused on what you do best — systems, tracking, and follow-through.
