Job summary

Experitec in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Safety Coordinator – EHS to support our growing safety function. You will own administrative and tracking tasks across compliance platforms, training records, drug testing, and reporting, partnering with the Field Safety Manager to align systems with field execution.

This hybrid role requires strong organization, audit-ready documentation, and the ability to coordinate across safety, HR, IT, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year safety coordination, compliance, regulatory, quality, or administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer contractor compliance platforms (ISNetworld/Avetta/Veriforce) to keep qualifications current.
• Maintain OSHA records (300/300A/301) and track safety metrics.
• Coordinate safety training company-wide and monitor completion.
