Job summary

CVS Health—Omnicare division is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety professional to oversee regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental programs across facilities. The role includes safety audits, incident investigations, CAPA implementation, and training delivery to operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in EHS, 2+ years with OSHA/EPA, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in environmental, health, and safety in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regs.
• Hazardous, pharmaceutical, regulated medical waste management and reporting.
• Manage environmental compliance programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and CAPA closures.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, spill response and business continuity activities.
