Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an EHS professional to support Omnicare with regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental programs during a period of growth and transformation. The role involves leading safety initiatives, inspections, and training across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of EHS experience in regulated industries, OSHA/EPA knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Oversee hazardous/pharmaceutical waste management and reporting.
• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs and spill response planning.
• Lead safety trainings and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses and CAPAs.
