Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites a Winter 2027 EHS Co-op to join our Columbus, OH manufacturing team. You will contribute to environmental, health, and safety programs, learn regulatory compliance, and support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting.

The role runs January 4–May 21, 2027, is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Columbus plant. This is a hands-on learning opportunity with mentoring, audits, and real project impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate critical thinking and provide leadership during EHS incidents, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support regulatory affairs by monitoring compliance and maintaining documentation.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in development and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to verify compliance.
• Analyze audit findings and operational data to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to strengthen EHS awareness and accountability.
• Gain hands-on experience through exposure to strategic EHS initiatives and learning programs.
