Chandon California seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the winery. You will drive ISO certification efforts, oversee regulatory compliance, and support sustainability training across departments.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, budget alignment for safety and environmental initiatives, and collaboration with vendors and contractors to maintain safety standards throughout operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Environment, Health & Safety fields, including ISO experience.
• Ability to navigate local city, county, state and federal guidelines for winery and hospitality facility operations.
• English required, Spanish and/or French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Proactive implementation and monitoring of EHS performance through SEA risk management and living soils/green book KPIs.
• Support ISO 14001 & 50001 certification and IMS project manager for certification to align with rebuild.
• Develop programs to achieve site specific policy, objectives & targets.
• Annual Cascade Report data collection and entry.
• Support and maintain a cohesive internal Sustainability training program.
• Ensure environmental regulatory compliance
• Ensure all contractors understand and adhere to site requirements to reduce impact of site SEAs.
• Identify investment opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
