Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead environmental health and safety programs within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment in Goleta, CA. The role requires developing, managing and implementing EHS programs, inspections, investigations and training to support injury reduction and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EPA, Cal/OSHA regulations and ANSI standards.
• Understanding ergonomics, safety and industrial hygiene principles.
• Ability to diagnose EHS issues and implement practical controls.
• Strong organization to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with email and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; basic data systems.
• Willingness to travel to Goleta and Lompoc sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned EHS programs and initiatives.
• Perform environmental, health and safety inspections and investigations.
• Lead safety teams, committees and training initiatives.
• Support injury reduction, environmental and sustainability goals.
• Analyze safety performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and communicate plans across the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, factory staff and management.
