Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for the Soledad, CA site to lead EHS programs across wineries and estates. You will develop and implement policies, train teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental rules, and company standards while coordinating with engineering on safety aspects of projects.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in EHS within manufacturing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in EHS management systems.
• Proficiency with state and federal safety codes, environmental rules and regulations.
• Experience with permitting and reporting to regulatory agencies (e.g., CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies and programs.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain EHS records and reports.
• Provide training across departments to raise safety awareness.
