Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. is hiring an EHR Technician to triage incoming documents into the EMR, using Highland OnBase to identify document types and route them to the correct records or actions. This contract role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with standard 8:00am–5:00pm hours.

OnBase experience is a plus and familiarity with electronic health records and healthcare IT is beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records in healthcare settings.
• Customer support experience preferred.
• OnBase experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify documents and apply processing rules to move items into the EMR.
• Triage batches from Highland OnBase to the appropriate teams.
• Operate within Highland OnBase to route documents to correct records or actions.
